I need a returns bag too. My kit hadn't arrived on the day of full fibre installation, so when I complained, BT sent me a router by 24 hour delivery. The original one is also here now, but without a return method...

I also need a return bag for my old BT Router and disks please, cannot find return equipment under MyBT
