Equipment returns

Hi. I am leaving BT shortly and have been told over the phone that I need to return all my equipment.

When I log in to my dashboard it says: You need to return WiFi disk – £30 within 90 days, Smart Hub 2 – within 90 days £50.

On a second tab it says: Please also return these items TV 4K Recordable Box and 4G Mini Hub. No costs or dates.

Does that mean I can keep the latter items if I wish?

The list does not include the 4g mini hub but rest assured BT will be asking for it back at some point so in answer to your question, no you cannot keep them.

Thanks for the useful link. It states that since 13/12/2019 equipment has been loaned. My TV Box was ordered on 1/11/2019. Presumably that's why they are only asking nicely for it back. 😊
