I've recently left BT but have not been asked to return the Smart Hub 2. I've tried to get a bag after logging into my account but there is no option that I can find. Judging by my recent experience with BT (the reason I left) I'm reluctant to dispose of it elsewhere as I have zero confidence that BT won't finally realise that I haven't returned it and then fine me £50. I did try phoning but got put in a huge queue so I'm hoping a moderator will pick this up and arrange for a bag to be sent plus a record of me actually returning it.
