As per title really. We have 4 discs and one suddenly started showing as disconnected in the app. Yet it has a steady blue light.
Does this indicate anything in particular or is it just a glitch and we reset the disc?
If it's working then I wouldn't worry about it, according to both the app and my hub manager I currently have numerous devices connected to the disk I returned to BT back in February last year.
To put it politely, whichever undergraduate wrote the software must do better or they'll never pass their degree course
