Returning equipment

I have exactly the same problem. I need to return my equipment but I have not received a returns bag and there is no info on MyBT on how to request one.

Could you let me know what I need to do please?

Hi @bhanke, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't order returns packaging on your MyBT.
