Smart Baby Monitor 2.8inch screen- ERROR!

Hi, I have been using this monitor for 18months now and never had an issue. Recently it disconnected my phone from the app, and when I try to reconnect states ‘error code 4’ after entering my wifi password

Has anyone else found this and managed to sort it out?
