About six weeks ago I returned some kit to BT via the prepaid postage bag I was sent. Royal Mail tracking shows that it was delivered on July 14th, but I keep receiving emails stating that I need to return it by August 24th or I'll be charged £50. I am struggling to contact anyone who can explain to me how to resolve this and would appreciate some help.
