Mobile phones connect only 2.4ghz to Whole Home network

I have bought a 3 set used whole home and so far its working flawlessly. The only issue I am having is that I have 2 phones both are 5Ghz compatible but only connects to 2.4GHz

As there is no option to segregate the bands so whats the solution ? Although my Dell laptop connects to 5GHz band. I need this to wirelessly transfer data and 2.4 GHz limits the speed significantly.

Hi @smaaz, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your post.

I would suggest you give the WHW Product helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116 and they'll be able to answer this for you. It's open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm
