Just renewed my Halo3 contract and upgraded to Halo 3+ three weeks ago. I see now a new Smart Hub 3 is out. Will I be eligible for the new router or am I just unlucky and missed it by a few weeks? 🙄

As mentioned no harm in trying but initially it will be for new customers and those upgrading.

The Smart Hub 3 has only just been announced over the last few days, so no customers outside of internal trials will be using this yet.
Can't be much left to test as internally it's a EE smart hub plus.
To be fair, the Moderators post was quite specific.
Some new customers will probably get the SH3 router quicker than others. Existing customers most likely won’t get one at all unless an upgrade to an existing service is requested. There must be literally 100’s of 1000’s of SH2’s in use.
If a customer is that desperate, just buy an even better router than the SH3 and one can have it almost straight away.
