I was sent an email saying I could request a return bag from My Bt, but I cannot see the option in My Bt.

I do not wish to spend my time calling the help line as I have family commitments that take up most of my time.

Q: Is there a simple online method please?

You need to phone CS 03301234150 and just ask for returns bag
