Return old equipment

I have 2 old BT hubs, a 4 and a 6 that are just collecting dust now. I have rung BT 150 many times to return this equipment because I don't want to pollute the environment with it by throwing them away, but get stuck in a queue every time. This forum appears to be the only way to contact BT other than by phone. Hopefully they might see this and respond.

Just take them to your local recycling centre or have a read through this link.

Hi @atrst58a, sorry you were unable to get a returns bag when you called in.

I also contacted consumer_resolutions@bt.com and they resolved this issue.
