I have received a new router and had. request to return my only one, however I didn't receive a bag to return it in. I've since received an email which says that I should be able to log on the MyBT and order a new one from there, however, I cannot find a link anywhere. How do I order a new bag?

My bag arrived separately from my new hub last month. Fortunately the two packages arrived on the same day but perhaps your returns bag may arrive in the next day or two
