I’ve been asked to return a halo hub which was sent to help me get online when the internet wasn’t working. I didn’t ask for this and have not used it.
I have no envelope to post it back him and emails tell me on login that there should be a selection to request a return envelope. However when I login there is no such selection option.
How do I get an envelope to post this back please?
