I Have recently gone into fibre and had to return my halo box as no longer needed, I posted it in December 2021 and I am now being charged £30 for not returning it even though I have. I have no proof of postage or tracking available but surely BT should if they sent me the packaging to send it back in? I don’t know what to do as can’t really afford to pay the extra and have posted the halo so stuck on options now. Do I Just have to pay the fee even though I’ve done what they said?
