Returns bag

Hi

I have a BT router that we accidentally omitted to return when we changed provider. I've tried calling customer services to get a returns bag but there were no suitable options and I kept getting cut off. When I did choose any option the voice said they will try to answer within 20 minutes!

Please could one of the moderators email me so I can arrange for you to send me a returns bag.

I have tried this already but the options are not available as I am not a new or existing customer. This is actually why I ended up coming to the forum. I was pleased to see that other people have come here in the past and Moderators have been able to arrange this for them. I don't need the router, I've not been charged for it, I just don't want to take it to the dump.
