I have a BT router that we accidentally omitted to return when we changed provider. I've tried calling customer services to get a returns bag but there were no suitable options and I kept getting cut off. When I did choose any option the voice said they will try to answer within 20 minutes!
Please could one of the moderators email me so I can arrange for you to send me a returns bag.
