Smart Hub 2 problem

Smart Hub 2 on its own not managing to get catch up channels on my Samsung Smart TV without lots of buffering . BT identified fault with the 2nd disc situated in same room as the TV so have sent out a new 2nd disc. Trying to set it up I tried to follow the BT instructions in My BT app but it keeps coming up with "Unable to detect disc". This is on the Smart Hub main disc as I thought that it wanted me to re-connect the Smart Hub 2 router/disc before going on to pair the new 2nd disc.  Do I ignore this message on my iPhone or what ?
