I have power at the point where the lead from the mains adaptor plugs into the hub. No lights come on when I press the power button. I tried 0330 123 4567 and got a text saying the line would be tested and results would be sent after 10 minutes. That was 40 minutes ago. Is there any way I can speak to a person as the bot is obviously useless?

Thanks for the suggestion, I eventually managed to speak to a person and should receive a new hub in a couple of days.
