Not confusing 0 (zero) with O are you or visa versa?
(There was a lot to be said for the diagonal slash through the zero).
Just follow the factory reset instructions I posted and you would be able to enter admin (not wireless) password and enter hub manager
Like others have posted there is no problem with entering hub password apart from user error

The very first "problem" that comes up with a Google search is resolved by a factory reset because the user had forgotten that the password must be changed from what is shown on the label the first time it is used. ie he was using the password on the label instead of the one that he had changed it to after the first time he entered the admin pages. User error!
