My Hybrid Connect device has suddenly started flashing three red bars, indicating I have no 4G signal. The main light is solid blue and the admin pages on the router show the Hybrid Connect being connected with no signal.
My phone (also BT/EE) has 4G signal, the HC device is sitting right next to the router and has been working perfectly well with blue bars (albeit only one or two) up until two days ago.
Anyone with any advice to fix this please?

Could you try restarting both your Smart Hub and your Hybrid Connect device?
It’s also worth checking the SIM card in the Hybrid Connect to make sure the contacts are clean and it’s seated properly.
You could also try moving the Hybrid Connect to a different location, closer to a window or away from thick walls, as that can sometimes improve the 4G signal.
If none of that helps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team, who will be able to look into this further.
