After decades of loyalty to BT I have moved on. BT have requested I return the TV recordable box. We have had this box since April 2018. I have heard only hardware issued December 2019 onwards has to be returned? Can anyone please confirm this?
An email from BT suggests they are going to recycle the box, the box is obsolete and not likely to be reused by anyone which would be a shame. I be happy to keep the box and therefore lessen the impact on the environment, so much useful stuff is 'recycled' unnecessarily which in its self is not great for the plant!
