Two hubs sent back for recycling - awaiting acknowledgement of receipt

Post Office Tracking says the two hubs I returned for recycling were received at the address 2/1/22.

When might I expect confirmation of receipt from BT please?

When depends on how long the backlog is from Christmas, if you're worried and it's causing you stress, you can call BT who can use the tracking references to update manually, then you'll receive confirmation.
