App is useless !

Latest disc app installed on iPhone 14 Pro . OS 26.1.  1. Network Map won’t display in ‘Hone’ section. 2. No devices showing in ‘Devices’ section.Either online or on other device. 3. In settings section.Data usage won’t load / display. 4. Can’t back up in back up and restore section. Have tried the usual reinstallation of the app .App is **bleep** and a waste of time !!!!

Re: Unable to update firmware to discs

If your Whole Home Premium discs won’t update past firmware v1.0.2.13, it usually means the system is struggling to check in with the update server, so the app can’t push the new firmware. A quick reset of each disc, reconnecting them one by one, and making sure the main disc is connected directly to your router often helps. You can also try updating from a different device or network (like mobile hotspot) in case your Wi-Fi is blocking the update. If nothing works, the issue may be with the discs themselves, and a full factory reset of the whole system usually forces a fresh firmware check.
