BT8500

I have a BT 8500 advanced call blocker house phone.  We have moved to a new address and new phone number.  All my calls are now guardian protection even our contacts.  I tried to de-register the handset but I do not know the pin.  When I put in the system PIN 0000 it rejects it and I can not move forward.  I do not want my contacts to go through the call guardian process.  What should I do?

Re: BT8500

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT  if the suggestion in the link does not help then you can phone the helpline number
