Our domain studio(.)rodeo is currently being blocked by BT and EE.
It’s a simple portfolio/landing page for my design studio. No forms, no logins, no downloads, and certainly nothing malicious.
This is my second time posting about this. I have been trying to get it resolved for almost 2 months, sending daily emails to saferbrowsing@bt.com and categorisation@bt.com, but nothing has been done.
This is now urgent, as clients are unable to access our website because of this block.
Is there anyone who can escalate this or point me in the right direction to get it reviewed and unblocked?
Those are the correct email addresses for the team that handle these types of requests. Have they been back in touch with you at all regarding this?
Chris
Unfortunately not, I sent the first email over a month ago. I have followed up several times since then and still no reply or action.
This is becoming urgent now, as I can't launch the site until this has been cleared - I've been waiting to launch for over a month.
Not sure if you have the permissions, but do you know anyone in this forum who can escalate this?
I'm hoping BT has the authorization to clear this for both BT & EE.
OK, thanks @dylanatrodeo
I've sent you a private message. Could you take a look and get back to me please?
Thanks
Chris
