Whole Home WiFi (white discs) only providing limited speed since firmware update

Hi

I’ve got the BT Smart Hub 2 and 4 of the white BT mesh discs around the house. Broadband speed from the router is approx 600mb and the discs have typically provided great speed. The main disc Ethernet connected to the router typically gave 200-300mb on my iPhone.

However I’ve been checking this weekend and this main disc (and the others) are maxing out at about 90mb.

They’re all on the latest firmware  v1.02.13 build14 and I’ve both restarted the discs and the main router multiple times.

i don’t know what else to do to fix it?

It sounds like you've tried what we would usually suggest so it would be best to speak to our technical team so they can try some diagnostic tests.
