Whole Home Wifi Premium - Upgrade Failed - Device now broken - colours keeps changing

Hello,

I have 3 WHW Premiums.  2 of them successfully upgraded to the latest version.  The third appeared to fail.  After initially turning purple as the others, this device simply kept changing colour (rotating through all possible colours every 2-3 seconds.  It is now stuck in the mode.  Cannot reset it....it appears to be be dead.

I should say... it was fully functioning before the firmware upgrade.
