Whole Home Wifi Premium cannot see devices connected to wifi / ethernet when on other connection

After a bit more testing, I've ditched the WHW and bought a sky q booster instead - not quite as configurable as the WHW but the connection has been rock solid and I have no problem accessing fixed devices from wireless devices, and vice versa.
