Wi-Fi Mesh no longer working

Hi all,

I’ve been using 2 sets of 3 BT mesh discs (BT Whole Home Wi-Fi Pack of 3 Discs Dual Band AC2600 Mesh Wi-Fi) to provide a decent network across my house. 

However, it recently stopped working. The discs are now showing as red (except the Ethernet connected disc). Whenever I try to reinstall the discs they show that they are within a good range but then go red when I try to finalise the connection. 

any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
