Hi i have 5 bt whole home premium disks. 3 that came as apackage and 2 add on disks. evrything is connected fine. however if i try to pause a device i get the message that something went wrong unable to detect any wifi discs on this network. error code WIFI_DISCONNECT
the whole network has restated by the looks of it.
This is crazy. one of the main feature doesn't work and causes the whole network to disconnect. For such an expensive product i'm really disappointed. any ideas on how to resolve this?
