How do I check if the software version of my handset is the latest one? I have a BT6600 with 2 handsets. If it is not the latest one, how do I download the latest one? Or would a complete reset update it?
To unblock a number that is already blocked on the phone you will first need to access the call control settings and then find the number and delete it from your blocklist. You can access the call control menu by pressing the block button when the phone is in idle or by press menu and then scrolling to the call control option.
The handset wont recieve software updates. Was there a specific issue you were having you were thinking may be caused by the software? We have a user guide for the phone available online that you may find helpful.
