Bt Mail and Samsung One UI

Go to solution

Hello!

I have a Samsung A16 phone and I have been using the BT mail app. Everything seemed ok, until Samsung upgraded to One UI. Now it seems that I have to log in to BT mail app everytime I use it. I can log in now and five mins later I get a notification that my session has expired. Does anyone else have the same proiblem or know a cure, please?

Simplest cure is to delete the BT app and install a proper app such as Blue Mail.

Re: Bt Mail and Samsung One UI

I have just tried again and when I search in the play store for blue mail, it comes up with Email-Fast, All Inbox Acc, or Email blue Mail - Calender, or Bluemail lite. If i select Blue Mail Email App, it comes up with Email-Fast and Smart Mail then the same two as before. So then if I select Blue mail app download, I get Messages-SMS messenger and the same two as before. Which one do I install, please, why can't things be simple?

Blue Mail definitely works on Android with BT  Mail, unless I've been singled out for special treatment, it should also automatically setup.
