Can't receive emails from family members or those cc to myself

I have Microsoft 365 family with three family members. Suddenly ,we cannot send or receive emails from each other using outlook or web mail. If we send an email it shows as sent, but family do not receive it. If I send an email to a third party and cc myself ,I don't get a copy.

This is a recent problem. Have reinstsalled 365 without any change.

Anyone help please

Re: Can't receive emails from family members or those cc to myself

Check that you have not blocked the BT domain.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side.

Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".

Scroll down the list until you find the BT email address and BT Domain if they are there and select it.

Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list.

Hi @keithnicholls

Is there anything contained within the email that could be getting picked up accidentally as spam? If you send a text-only email, does the same thing happen?
