Why do I get Download failed message when attempting to get attachments to emails?

Welcome to the BT Community 😊

Is it purely when using the BT Email app that you're encountering this error, or do you get the same if you try logging in to view emails via BT Webmail?

Also what device are you doing this from, and does it have sufficient storage remaining?

It happens with BT email app also Gmail. I mostly use br. Phone is Pixel 6a

Have you tried logging in to Webmail via a different device such as a PC to see if it gives the same error?
