Yes, many times. I kept both apps side by side.
My visitor left to go home, so I have put the app on my mobile. Tried again on iPad and same problem. It seems very intermittent. The problem seems to be with associating the app with my account, which is sad because I ( and my late husband) since methuselah was a lad 😂. When I go to the app it says “ hello, Janet” at the top and asks for my pin, and that is recognised. Just tried it again on my mobile and….got the same message,no account linked to this BT ID!
