I have replied to an email from a well-known national energy supplier. The reply seemingly can't be sent as it apparently contains URLs that "could be construed as spam or phishing". I presume this refers to the email to which I am replying and which BT had no problem in delivering to me, and which was automatically added to my reply.
Does this mean that replies to any email that contains perfectly legitimate URLs will not be sent? I have been using BT emails for many years and this is a relatively recent phenomenon.

Hi @Skighpilot
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you are having trouble with this. I'd recommend raising this issue with the postmaster. You can see how to email them here BT Email delivery best practices | BT Help

Hi again Lesley,
I emailed the Postmaster as you suggested. I have had no reply, but I uninstalled the BT mail app, then reinstalled it. That has cleared the Outbox, so I'll see if that's cured the problem.
Thanks for your help,
Thanks for the update @Skighpilot.
Hopefully that has solved it for you, but please keep us posted.
Michael
Not really happy if I have to send replies without the original email attached, but will see how it goes.
Thank you.
Were/are you attaching the original email or are you using the "reply to" function?
