I presume you are referring to the hopeless BT mail app.
Uninstall it and install a proper mail app, Blue Mail.

While it is possible to set up multiple accounts on the email App, it will only notify you of emails received for the main account.
If you decide to use an alternative email client/app, you'll find our BT Email server settings | BT Help page has all the details of the settings you'll need to set it up.

Thank you for confirming that I need another app. I have reinstalled Samsung mail which had got accidentally deleted.
