Re: 1-3mbps estimated speeds but neighbours all have fibre? What can I do?

Oh I understand now. It skips the cabinet and comes straight to my property. Wouldn't have open reach or BT have mentioned that option or put me on the right route at least? I've just been past pillar to post and told to wait for space to be available in the cabinet. I wonder why they haven't mentioned fibre to the property

As I said, give the FTTP team a ring tomorrow and ask about FTTP. Tell them the address checker says you can get it.

Is your phone number currently with BT or another provider?

How long have you been in the property?

I'll give them a ring but I think this check shows I can't get it 😞

My new Internet went live on the 9th and we got the keys around the 29th July. We knew the previous tenants and the said its the same landline she's had for years and it's always been slow there

The checker shows FTTP is available, but it is odd it doesn't show any details. Possibly because the property hasn't been surveyed.
