Re: 1MB in South East London
Any how back on topic - seems like nothing i can do.
You said you had a leased line installed, so I assume you must be a BT business customer, in that case, how was your leased line provided? I assume it must have been a fibre Ethernet connection, in effect Fibre On Demand from a dedicated fibre node, which is not the same as a consumer node.
BT Business do have their own forum, where you may get more advice.

Re: 1MB in South East London
why would i contact BT buiness if i'm asking about BT home products?
I have a leased line which was installed (this is a BT/openreach fiber optic cable) which proves they can provide 1GB internet to my house, i made up a company to get it installed as its way better then the 1MB home offering, problem is the cost is insane and cant carry on with it.
