How to get a fault fixed? I can't get through to anybody, every time.

Hello, 

 

So the telegraph pole has been down for 9 days now, I got through to BT once, they keep sending messages that it will be fixed, but miss the day every time. Now I have messages to say that it is fixed... but the telegraph pole lays untouched on the floor...

you can try contacting openreach and report the pole down

If BT are your Broadband provider, you are correct to report any faults to them however it is Openreach who are responsible for the poles.

You can report the damage to Openreach directly.

Report damage, vandalism or a health & safety issue | Openreach
