Nov 15th Email and SMS from BT we are changing you to Digital voice and Full fibre at no extra cost to to you
January 30th M Quinn arrive we can't connect you to full fibre digital voice as there isn't a full fibre connection on the street. It's coming from a telegraph place pole on another street too far away
Feb 6th OpenReach turn up. Same result you do not have a full fibre connection on your street
Numerous calls then to BT as my contract is ending shortly and offers are coming for a service ( full fibre) which doesn't exist.
Now we have another appointment sent through for Feb 26th from.OpenReach for another Engineer to say sorry you don't have Full Fibre.
So now I'm stuck with a part order which I can't get rid of to negotiate a new contract with BT which ends on Feb 27th
Two appointments have cost me time and money due to false information on OpenReach BT EE and every site the Full fibre is available and Digital voice when it isn't
try contacting openreach https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-availability---customer-form
you can also try inserting address and posting results including the notes

you don't need FTTP to get digital voice it will work quite happily on existing broadband with SH2
Hi.
The point I am making here is that the information on OpenReach Fibre checker that Full fibre is available on my street is incorrect. Full fibre hasn't been laid on this street
hence why I sent link to openreach so can get information corrected
No you sent me a link to enquire to Openreach to enquire on the availability of Full fibre. There isn't a link for me to tell them that the information is incorrect and that there isn't any Full fibre laid on the street. Why are BT even arranging with OpenReach to send someone for a 3rd time to tell me the same story each time. We can't install Full fibre there isn't any

Using this link ( already posted ) provide the SNN ( survey network note ) for your address , it looks like this
Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.
Your return may differ , post your survey notes , some areas , especially properties built in the 1960’s through to the very early 1990’s are not ducted , but not overhead either ( no poles ) , it can be the case that these addresses are shown as having FTTP available but significant civils work is still required after the order is taken , posting your survey info may help explain why you can order but the tech that turned up was unable to proceed ….
Also confirm your address actually does show FTTP availability..that looks like this ,
Featured Products Downstream Line Rate(Mbps) Upstream Line Rate (Mbps) Downstream Range (Mbps) Availability Date FTTP Install Process
WBC FTTP Up to 1000 Up to 220 -- Available KCI2 Assure
It may be that full fibre is really available.
In my own case I’m on a 1990’s estate, fully ducted. City Fibre came round and dug the paths up and put their fibre in two years ago. I registered an interest with Openreach as to when they would put fibre in. On the surface, (excuse the pun), nothing has changed since but suddenly on the 1st of November I get an email from Openreach saying I can now order full fibre. Sure enough, the checker and ISPs soon updated to say it was available. There is even one house at then other end of the street that’s had it done, so although not obvious, it seems it is available.
Edit: The point I was making here, (and I didn't do it very well), was that it took the ISPs a while to catch up with Openreach. BT seemed to be a month and Sky was more like two months before they acknowledged it was available.
