@Canalman You will need to call the FTTP team as they are the team that deals with FTTP.
The only issue I can think of is you are in an area that still has the 300mb limitation and they are still in the process of getting your area upgraded.
Why post on the forum if you aren't going to listen to advice?

When was the original contract supposed to end?
It does look like they have gotten into a mess on their end regards to renewing into a new contract with higher speed.
