BT 900 package upload only 9.9mb

Good afternoon everyone,

I have just upgraded to full fibre 900 package, but my speeds are somewhat strange on the upload, i seem to only be getting 9.8mb, is this a line profile issue?

The bt engineer was due to install fttp yesterday but nobody had turned up, due to the van breaking down, i called the engineer to which he came the next day and installed it for me (i must thank the two as they did a good job)

all is working just on my account it says i have an engineer appointment scheduled for end of september to install. yet i am on fttp now. Can someone help please and rectify the upload issue.

Give it 72 hours for the new profile to be loaded to your hub.

The upload is still unfortunately reading 10mb when it should be 110mb

Can some mods help please, its been 72hours upload is still capped at 10mb even when connected via cat8 ethernet cable

Hi @hasf, sorry you're not seeing the full upload yet.

As you are getting just under 10 it doesn't look like similar issues we've had on the forum.
Would you log in to your MyBT and confirm that the order has been completed?
Or have you received email confirmation that the upgrade has completed?
