I'm not having any problems with my broadband but do run a speed test each day via a broadband site which logs my speed on a daily basis so that I can monitor for any changes in my speed.
I have just used the BT Speed Tester and once it had checked my account details and run the speed test it finally came up with:
We couldn't test your speed
We can't see your Hub online so we're not able to run a speedtest for you at the moment.
The same message appears after trying a further two times.
I then tested my speed test using four other testing sites and none of these reported any problems in measuuring my speed.
What is unique in BT not being able to see my Hub and run a speed test?

Thanks Neil, that resolved the problem.
Extremely rare for me to do a reboot
