BT Fibre 500 to 900 Upgrade - upload speed not changed

Hi. I had a package upgrade last Tuesday from 500 to 900 and my download speed has increased as expected, however, there has been no change to the upload speed which is still capped at the previous ~70Mb. I have read a few posts suggesting this can take up to 72 hours to apply but still no change. The SH2 has been on the whole time. Other posts suggest that there may need to be a parameter change applied. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

if speed not improved then try reset to see if that fixes the problem
