Hi,
As of this morning my connection is no longer working. On my FF mini-box the "LOS" red light is constantly showing, and my connection does not work, either via ethernet or wi-fi.
Upon checking the line from outside to the minibox, it looks as though it might have been tugged/pulled without me realizing.
I've tried to report the problem, at first it says "Problem failed" - then I get a strange error on the site saying "We can't help."
So my question is, can anyone from BT here help me book a visit to fix the problem? I've tried everything I can think of, so I'm sure the connection between the minibox and the ff line has broke somehow.

Is there no way to report the fault online? (Contact us etc?)
Tried that, here's what happens.
1. I click on report a fault.
2. I select 'Can't get online at all'
3. Says 'checking, will take one minute'
4. It then says 'We'll need to send an engineer to your home to fix this.'
5. I click on 'Continue to book slot.'
6. Then I get the error '
And I can't do anything further?
if you cannot get openreach engineer with links posted then you are going to have to phone CS 03301234150
Yes I was able to book an appointment through contact us.
