I don't believe you can set a schedule for the reboots, if you would like to get the reboots looked into, I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband tech guides.

if you checked the system log you should see the restart.
when I had the 14 day reboot problem on adsl/vdsl many years ago I just restarted the hub late at night after finish using internet and for the next few 14 day resets it happened when internet was not in use
