Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

I'm not at home ATM but as per the op my attainable rate is about 45mb, synced at exactly 35000kbit/sec currently

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

Why does my attainable speed indicate the contrary?

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

However, until the cause of the DLM banding is investigated and fixed, there is no point in a reset as it will just ened up being banded again.

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

@Keith_Beddoe the op has an attainable rate of 45, not a predicted rate of 45M by the checker.

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

SNRM 8.9 and exactly 35M,  definitely been banded by DLM.

Have you been getting drop outs of broadband, do you have a phone? Check for noise on quiet line test 17070 unless you are on DV.

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

Love it when BT support frequently and outright lies to customers.

No noise on the line, connection stable. Can go weeks without a DC

Re: BT refusing to uncap connection (Not DLM)

unfortunately your stats don't show anytime for system uptime or more importantly connection uptime.  you must have had connection problem with internet dropping or/and manual reset trying to improve connection for DLM to take action and put connection in banded profile
