A website we manage has been blocked by BT web protect.
We have been trying to get in touch with these teams and haven't had any response:
categorisation@bt.com, abuse@bt.com, phishing@bt.com, saferbrowsing@bt.com
How do we get this resolved?
I have posted previously and had helpful responses but nobody from BT has ever contacted us. I have emailed from two email accounts and spoken to customer services multiple times.
Your website is also being blocked my microsoft smart screen so I don't think it's the only problem you have
