Thanks Pippincp,

interestingly in my recent conversations with the “front line” support I was advised I was guaranteed a call back against my complaint from management  today between 11 and 13:00. No call was forthcoming.

I am so sorry that your message wasn't picked up. It didn't come through to us as they normally should.

I've been able to find where it went and get it into the place we take our cases from. One of my team will pick this up for you tomorrow and contact Dundee to find out what's happening if needed.
