BT broadband connection keeps dropping. The lights change to flashing orange and purple a few times a day for the past several months now. Very frustrating as I work from home too.
The area connection seems to be fine and I have tried restarting the Hub too which hasn’t helped.
Any help would be appreciated!
provided you are not on digital voice can you check your phone line for noise by dialling 17070 option 2 should be totally silent
have you tried using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps connection stability
